Westgate Zone is the largest privately owned business zone in Croatia with a large catchment area of 3,5 million inhabitants within less than 90 minutes driving time. Currently, the Zone offers over 52 ha of fully infrastructurally equipped land plots for various projects in retail, entertainment, construction and tourism.

The Zone is located on the outskirts of Zagreb, in the immediate vicinity of the highway connecting central Europe and south-eastern Europe. Railway terminal (both for cargo and passengers) is located only 400 meters from the north section of the Zone.

The Zone is directly accessible from the highway connecting CEE with Adria region, positioned on the main transit route with a traffic of 450,000 vehicles a month and on a state road with a traffic of 550,000 vehicles a month.

In the heart of this approximately 1,000,000 sq meters business zone is the shopping mall Westgate Shopping City. It is the largest shopping mall in ADRIA region with more than 90,000 sq m of lettable area. The mall is considered to be the family mall of Croatia, hosting more than 200 well-known retail brands for fashion, children’s equipment and home furniture, providing strong entertainment offer including a children’s indoor playground, bowling area, go-cart and dozens of restaurants & cafés.
