Westgate Zone is the largest privately owned business zone in Croatia with a large catchment area of 3,5 million inhabitants within less than 90 minutes driving time. The catchment area in a narrower sense of the Westgate’s Zone covers the western parts of the City of Zagreb, western parts of the Zagreb County and southern parts of the Krapina-Zagorje County. This area has approximately 560,000 inhabitants predominantly of higher pay grade class.

The catchment area in a broader sense of the Westgate’s Zone stretches from southern Austria, Slovenia to central, eastern and western Croatia.
